John and Lauren were outstanding. My only comment was it was hard to hear sometimes when BBQ ventilation fan was operating.

Sometimes it's a little difficult to follow what Lauren is doing on the grill, what John is talking about on the next course and eating all at the same time. Just an observation, it was a great experience which I hope to do again.

We enjoyed Chef John Cardona and Lorene. They worked so smoothly as a team. Chef John was open to answering any questions even if not related to the meal and we really appreciate his words of wisdom.

A great experience!! The staff was fantastic and the chief was great. He kept it simple and fun. We'll be signing up for several more classes, and I'm trying to put together some ladies nights out with my girlfriends.
