Were the recipes easy to follow?
Some were, some were just more time-consuming than I'm able to handle at this point in my life. There's a lot of information which is great, but I wish more of it was actually detailed in the printed recipes so I could focus more on the cooking being done and less on taking notes. |

I've been to several cookig classes (besides BBQ Galore) and, as I tell those interested in cooking classes, the BBQ alore classes are far superior to any other I have taken. |
