Fairly easy. I loved that we got recipes and were able to buy rubs and seasonings. The grilling techniques were very useful. |

Joe & Lauren were both very pleasant and put on a great show. Very good info and i took lots of notes, I just wished I hadn't left them behind. When I called back a few minutes after leaving they had been tossed. Hopefully I'll get the same or very similar info the next time. i applied what i learned last night and the Rib eyes turned out excellent! Thanx, Max |
