wish we'd get to try to do some of the BBQing ourselves. I know it's a demo class but would be nice if let us try. Instructor and Lauren are both wonderful though...answer any questions cheerfully and very approachable and entertaining.

Yes and no. For example, 1/4 bottle of wine should be expressed in ounces, let's say 5 ounces of wine reduced from 10 ounces. Same for cream.

Complexity of the recipes: They don't seem to give some info, like number of people served and maybe a few steps. Make sure so take notes.
