Yes, he explained them well...we took a lot of notes on our own, maybe they could add in some of these "hints" with the recipes? But overall, very good.

Great class and we will be back. The recipes were easy to follow but.....I had hoped to actually see more (hands-on) of the technique used for the actual grilling of the meat. But, Lauren and the instructor were able to answer all questions, and the food was excellent and abundent (which was a pleasant surprise). We plan to take more classes and bring friends with us in the future as well. Bravo!!!
