Personal taste...the peaches were too smoked. Almost acrid in taste. Fish and sauce were excellent!! but the ice cream had ice crystals John and Lauren are terrific. they play off each other very well. Will be looking forward to more classes with them. |

They were fairly easy to follow, but I'm cooking illiterate, so for most people they probably would have been perfect. |

I would love to take another class, but should probably take a basic grilling class, since I don't even know the basics. |
