John nailed everything. I cant think of anything that he didnt cover. Great Tips, great ideas on prepping certain items. He got it all

I HAVE NEVER COOKED LIKE THAT BEFORE - IT OPENED UP A WHOLE NEW WORLD IN BBQING - GREAT

THE 2 INSTRUCTORS WERE A WELL OILED MACHINE AND I HOPE, FOR YOUR BENEFIT, THEY ARE WELL COMPENSATED. TO LOSE ONE OF THEM WOULD BE A GREAT LOSS AND THE CLASS WOULD SUFFER GREATLY. I DON`T BELIEVE I HAVE EVER SEEN 2 PEOPLE COOK TOGETHER SO SEAMLESSLY WITH SUCH GREAT RESULTS!!! THANKS - TOM

It was a very nice evening out with our guests. They enjoyed it as well. We will definitely do this again. Sort of a special evening out for us due to price. Had fun.
