The instructor was: Uses her own anecdotes, as a chef and teacher.

The atmosphere was: She remembered everyone's name

Complexity of the recipes: Easier, after shown how to chop vegetables and slice meat. Also, I will have to locate an Asian market.

The food was: Facinating what a difference, lifting carefully the fowls skin, and putting herbs under and on top made. The taste was SO much better.

The skills you learned were: I will have to practice at home. Also buy a beginners knives. Invite some friends over for dinner.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: Everyone is very compatible.
