The instructor was: Very enteraining but also very informative.

The atmosphere was: I was new to the class but was made to feel very comfortable.

Complexity of the recipes: Part of the reason I wanted this class was because I felt the menu was complex and I wanted instruction.

The food was: I am sure if the chef had made all the food it would have been succulent, but since some of us flopped it was only good. :)

The skills you learned were: I only wish I had the chance to be hands on with ALL the dishes, I tried walking around and observing and listening but I still had to work on my own dish,

I enjoyed myself and had fun: The whole presentation was wonderful and even better than I thought.
