I enjoyed myself and had fun: For me, I wish there was less chaos. I think I need to take a class where there is more observation and less hands on. I really missed the recipes that other people were doing; it's too hard to take care of your assignment while trying to observe what everyone else was doing. I'm looking forward to the cheese class. Someone said there is a lot more observation and less chaos.
