The instructor was: She made it fun to learn. And she explained cooking techniques so that the kids could understand.

The atmosphere was: The space was large enough to be roomy and not too crowded. And super clean!

Complexity of the recipes: Some were easy, most were average.

The food was: Wow factor was high. The meal was delicious and the dessert was beautiful as well as yummy.
