The instructor was: We really appreciated her patience and ability to adjust to the differing skill levels of all the participants.

The atmosphere was: It was a very congenial atmosphere.

The food was: We really enjoyed the dinner, especially the crostini and dessert.

The skills you learned were: It was nice just being able to do some tactile learning with immediate feedback.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: We had a blast, and are already planning to come again. We will definitely tell our friends.
