The instructor was: She did not sing and dance, but Nancy made the class very interesting and she gave additional tips to other types of baking.

The atmosphere was: My first cooking/baking class. This is one great & fun way to learn various ways of working in the kitchen!

The food was: I am not sure if the word would be 'Succulent' for our baking pies. The Berry compote was out of this world. Great unusual ingredients made it very tasty!

The skills you learned were: My first ever pie making expeience. And they looked good and tased even better... At least what I took home...

I enjoyed myself and had fun: I would absolutely take more classes in the field of baking. Nancy was very up beat and interesting to talk with.
