The skills you learned were: I even learned skills and recipes that didn't even pertain to cheese making! It felt like such a bonus treat!

I enjoyed myself and had fun: I didn't expect to get so many samples and wine. The portions were nice and I walked away full and extremely happy!

The instructor was: Both Mark and Emily were gracious and provided great insight to cheese making and cooking in general.

The atmosphere was: But a bit chaotic with two very different activities taking place. The concept was good, but there needed to be either a larger prep area or two kitchen steups.

Complexity of the recipes: Marks insight based upon his trail and error learning process was very valuable.

The food was: Succulent does not describe cheese, but fresh cheese is so much better than most cheeses that you get commercially.

The skills you learned were: Because Mark was "self-taught" his insight brought our "up & running time" to a very manageable level.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: It was enjoyable. Great group with lots of great different perspectives.
