I enjoyed myself and had fun: It was very educational and I enjoyed learning about cheese making. Fun just doesn't describe the class very well. I would recommend the class for educational purposes because not everything has to be fun.

The instructor was: I thoroughly enjoyed this class.

The atmosphere was: The people were really friendly and Mark is very nice.

Complexity of the recipes: I've made a few of them recently and it was nice to see how someone else makes it (the right way) and be able to ask questions.

The food was: I loved the cheeses.

The skills you learned were: I learned what I was doing wrong with making mozzarella.
