The instructor was: Jasmine's style is not one of "entertainer" - she is not a performer. Her style is more low key and educational which I enjoyed very much.

The atmosphere was: I love the way she divided up the dishes amongst us.

Complexity of the recipes: Not too complex, just complex enough to be interesting.

The food was: Loved it all - and some were exceptional. Hard to make French food in 3 hours, and she had us do it, taking shortcuts, and it worked great !!

The skills you learned were: She helped me with pastry tricks and tips -- very helpful. Worth the price of the class.

The instructor was: It would be beneficial if she had a microphone for use once the exhaust fan is on.

The atmosphere was: The individuals participating in the class were delightful and those who took previous classes helpful in sharing their knowledge on how to perform specific functions.

Complexity of the recipes: The recipes were not complex. Once Jasmine demonstrated how and why to complete a function in a certain manner it was easy to do.

The food was: The dressing on the salad was better. On the other hand the Chocolate Mousse was decadent.

The skills you learned were: Although would have appreciated viewing the techniques for preparing certain dishes other than what I was involved in.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: Did appreciate having someone not involved with cooking washing the utensils and pots etc., but would have been pleasant if she joined us for the dinner along with Terese and the Chef. I was concerned they were foregoing eating.
