The atmosphere was: I think it was more fun because most of the people in the class knew each other. Complexity of the recipes: The recipes are very do-able, in my opinion. I will try several. The food was: I think the food was much better than 'good', but wouldn't say 'succulent'. I enjoyed myself and had fun: As I said above, the fun part was due to being with friends ...

Additional comments and observations Complexity of the recipes: I don't like to cook, but every now and then I get inspired and it was inspiring. The food was: The food was inspiriting. I enjoyed myself and had fun: Toby is a wonderful teacher and a really nice person. A very gifted, artistic chef.
