REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Participants in Hands-on classes are asked to wear closed toe shoes, shirts with close fitting sleeves, to remove jewelry and to pull back long hair. While we take every precaution for your safety, the kitchen can be a dangerous place. You will also be asked to sign a waiver before you enter the classroom. Basics classes will introduce you to fundamental culinary techniques or to recipes that are easy to master. Kids classes are usually divided into specific age groups so that everyone participating in the classes has the same skill level. Parent and Child classes often include a wider age group since the focus is on family members learning to work together in the kitchen. All childrens classes are hands-on. The Featured Chef star draws your attention to an instructor who has recently released a cookbook, a professional chef/instructor, or a chef or instructor who has gained regional or national attention. These chefs usually teach classes in more than one of our schools. The majority of these classes are demonstrations.
Please note that registration is a firm commitment to attend the class.To avoid being charged the full price of the class, Cancellations must be made 4 DAYS in advance. (for example, reservations for a class on Monday at 6:30 pm would need to be canceled before 12 am on Friday.)
