This class will concentrate solely on sauces from the five basic "mother" sauces to the more complex sauces, beurre blanc and the most delicate contemporary sauces and coulis. We will also cover meat reductions and their various sauces. And since we are so close to Thanksgiving we’ll prepare the perfect Gravy.
