The Instructor (Chef) was?: The chef was very entertaining, very knowledgeable, and very French

The atmosphere was: Good mix of new and returning students. It was lively and easy to ask questions.

Complexity of the information provided: The chef provided a lot of background on why he did each step, which made the techniques understandable and doable - even though some effort will be needed.

The Skills that you learn were: The information on freezing the sauces and reheating when needed during the week was very useful.

I would like an interactive class. Also, we did not have time for the Hollandaise, which I have the biggest problem with! I have to use/serve it right away and would love to feel more in control of that sauce.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Jean Pierre has found a good balance between informative and entertaining. It was easy to pay attention and ask questions.

The atmosphere was: The informal atmosphere was comfortable and enjoyable.

Complexity of the information provided: Jean Pierre's presentations were thorough considering the short time he had. A little cooking experience was helpful here with terminology and technique.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: very delicious!

The Skills that you learn were: This was my first cooking class. I brought my daughter as she has an interest in cooking as well and felt that a "basic" class would be good for her. The "Sauces" class definitely succeeded in filling my expectations!

Would you come back: The more you learn, the more you realize there is so much you do not know! Thank you!

The Instructor (Chef) was?: THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT CLASSES IF ONE IS TO TRULY LEARN TO COOK WELL. IT WAS VERY INTERESTING AS WELL AS FUN.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: chef pierre should perhaps entertain the thought of introducing himself and the staff at the beginning of the class?

The Skills that you learn were: i will be able to make a variety of sauces with these base sauces. i am going to enjoy making and freezing these to use during the work week to make a great dinner quickly. can freeze the white sauce too?

Good site, good class, GREAT chef, GREAT time. Recommend it to the novice like me as well as all the "armchair chef's" out there. there's always something you can learn - and this is a FUN way to do it!

The Skills that you learn were: Now I can at least look like I can keep up with my wifes cooking skills....she might even allow me to join her in the kitchen now! LOL
