Eating on a clipboard proved to be difficult, as well as drinking without a table...

Complexity of the information provided: Although it appeared easy, I know how difficult it is to prepare a meal of this calibre for 30 people. Bravo!

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Even better in person than on his terrific PBS series.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Chef Jean Pierre may well be the greatest saucier of all time.

Would you come back: If I did not have financial restraints, I would attend every class. I do plan to return as soon as possible, with more friends.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: I had the best time at cooking class last night. Chef Jean Pierre whipped up the best Escargot this side of Marsilles along with a Filet Mignon w/Perigourdine sauce. As if that was not enough we had Potatoes Au Gratin and to top it off a Chocolate Mousse that was to die for. The company was esquisite and Chef was at the top of his game. A fun time was had by all. The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The escargot was delicious the sauce for the meat was delicious. The chocolate mouse wsa great!

The Skills that you learn were: We learned a lot of neat tricks and tips. For instance: substitute items, how the ingredients actually work and common mistakes people do.

there is absolutely nothing you can do to make it better, it's just perfect. The school is great, Chef J.P. is amazing, Leanne is extremely sweet and she makes you feel right at home and Bradley is wonderful too.

Best Escargot sauce I have ever tasted, and the potatoes were phenomenal!

The atmosphere was: A smaller class than others, which I actually enjoyed more

Complexity of the information provided: It seemed as though the mousse might be more difficult for a beginner, such as myself

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: the french cooking was...how you say....c'est magnifique!

The Skills that you learn were: I learned some very interesting tips that I hadn't heard in any other class. Poaching escargot is a must for tenderness!

Fantastic class, but I think next time I'll go on a weekday to avoid the TGIF partyers!

Chef Jean Pierre was entertaining and increadibly talented. My husband and I learned so much from him. I have never been a fan of mushrooms or escargot and Chef Pierre changed my point of view completely. Delicious!! And the chocolate mousse was to DIE FOR! :)

I would definitely do his classes again! You think you know how to cook, but he teaches you how to make magic. A single woman who comes to this class is going to be a goddess to the next man she makes dinner for!!

The atmosphere was: Every class is different, but the overall setting was crisp, clean, and welcoming. No troubles seeing what is going on!

Complexity of the information provided: The recipes seemed complex, but when shown how to do them, piece of cake!

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: AMAZING! The escargot had it\'s own twist, very good even for someone who doesn\'t like it! The filet was better than Capital Grille!

We had a young guest with us, on spring break, who thought the entire experience was excellent and very educational.

I look forward to my evenings at Jean Pierre's. It is like a special treat I give myself. I have never been let down. Thank you and keep up the fine job you are doing.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef is always entertaining and in a good mood.

The atmosphere was: Sometimes there is a bit too much talking and you can't pay attention to what the chef is doing, but the chef knows how to keep the crowd in control.

Complexity of the information provided: Some recipes are more difficult than others but I find that I have been able to come home and make the dish by following the recipe. Mine is never as good as Jean Pierre's!

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Food is always exceptionally good.

The Skills that you learn were: I always learn something in class, in cooking there is always something more to learn.

Chef, thank you for making cooking easier for me. I enjoy it, for me it is relaxing and a great hobby - my wife loves it... What is better in life than creating and eating great food.....

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: First time - escargot, it was delicious -- if only I could get my wife to try it!! I had a dinner in France last year prepared by a Master Chef of France, it was similar to the meat dish we had in class. I have to say Chef Jean Pierre's Perigourdine Sauce was better.
