"no pepper", "no dairy", "no cornstarch" - the audience really kept the chef on his toes, and he did not miss a beat. impressive amount of material covered in a short exciting time - keeps audience really tuned in.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: quick wit, unexpectedly humorous and entertaining. looks like he's having way too much fun!

The atmosphere was: the wine was a nice surprise and perfectly appropriate in this forum.

Complexity of the information provided: great ideas - some good reminders and tips from the chef to a seasoned cook.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: loved the "fish lasagna'.

The Skills that you learn were: i really enjoyed the open discussion and questions and answers between the audience and the chef.
