I honestly cannot think of anything that would make the classes better unless Chef JP comes up with a method of making the food without calories.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: As always, Chef Jean-Pierre not only taught a great class, but was very entertaining. This makes the difference between a flat class and one that is instructive and entertaining.

The atmosphere was: I always have fun while learning in these classes.

Complexity of the information provided: Jean-Pierre has a way of showing how the preparation of the meals is easy making it practical for working people to prepare good meals for themselves in a short period of time.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: These easy dishes were off the charts. Simple and delicious! This is actually one of the best classes that I have attended.

The Skills that you learn were: What is learned in the presentation of meals in these classes makes the food so much more appetizing.

Would you come back: I enjoy these classes so much that it is a night of learning and entertainment for me. Besides, I have a great meal. There is never a question about not returning. I will always attend these classes.

The atmosphere was: Very enthusiastic crowd! Chef Jean-Pierre even had to break out the dart gun to quiet everyone down.

Complexity of the information provided: I think I can make all of the recipes. I already learned the chicken scallopini milanese in the 101 course, and it is one of my new favorite staples. Even I can make it in 10-15 minutes.

Complexity of the information provided: I would say that the "10 min gourmet meals" seemed to take a lot longer than 10 minutes, but they were fabulous and I will be making one of the recipes tonight!

it would be great if you got chairs with little desks attached like in schools so that you could write and eat without juggling on your lap and the floor.

The atmosphere was: The staff was so friendly and the other attendees keep the atmosphere light and fun.

The Skills that you learn were: I very much enjoyed this class. All the dishes were very tasty, even the Thai one which I did not think I would like - can't wait to make it!

Why waste money at a mediocre S Florida restaurants? Have a good time AND a GREAT meal at Chef Js cooking class. Well worth it!! It is eating out and entertainment!

The Instructor (Chef) was?: I like how he explained why we add certain ingredients, not just "thats the recipe". He was extremely knowleddgeable and I learned a lot while having fun.

The atmosphere was: May I suggest the possibility of small tables near the chairs to place glasses/plates on?

Complexity of the information provided: This was probably easy for experienced cooks who keep lots of staples on hand in the pantry and actually cook! I have been a non-cooking bachelor too long and I need to change, this class showed me that! Cooking is fun!! I feel motivated!

The Skills that you learn were: For example, I now know you pre-cook/steam almost all your veggies before using them in a recipe!

Would you come back: I was made to feel welcome and chef made a point of speaking to everyone. I liked that!

My first class, but I will definitely come back for more!! I had a great time. The only criticism is that these were not 30-minute meals. All the prep work took atleast 30 minutes, if not longer.
