The Instructor (Chef) was?: Jean Pierre was everything I expected a quality chef would be! He has a wonderful sense of humor and kept us chuckling all evening!
The atmosphere was: Very pleasant! At first I didn't think we would be able to eat on our laps, but after two glasses of wine and Course #1 we could have eaten on the floor!
Complexity of the information provided: If you have any cooking knowledge whatsoever, it was so very easy to follow recipes: for example the herb crust for the rack of lamb. Chef made it so simple to follow, and then to prepare.
The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The goat cheese, brie cheesecake was served hot, tasty and left a "good" taste in your mouth. We loved the rack of lamb - it was served rare and it was tender as could be. We didn't want to swallow the flourless chocolate cake because it was so light, fluffy and delicious!!
The Skills that you learn were: It was so easy to make an herb crust for example, then cover the rack of lamb with Dijon mustard. Chef's instructions were well delivered and he made it look so easy!
Would you come back: I was with several of my relatives and some drug reps. We laughed all evening and in between ate some incredibly delicious food!!
