The Instructor (Chef) was?: I would call Chefs Ricky and Jean-Pierre, "The Dynamic Duo". The class was fun, entertaining and gave me some time to be with my daughter----a winning combo

The atmosphere was: The kitchen is modern, cheerful and it is easy to see all the recipes being made. You feel a part of the very relaxing experience.

Complexity of the information provided: I do not cook as much as I used to and feel that for such delicious dishes, the work was not that difficult.

Would you come back: I thorougly enjoyed the evening. The recipes were easy and would be nice to make for company.

Chef Ricky created dishes that I wouldn't think to order in his restaurants, but will now open my eyes a little wider; they were wonderful!

I wanted to tell you someone should check the eggplant. The lamb was a bit tough and needed salt. I enjoyed the food and congenial crowd.

Ricky was delightful and easy going not to mention a great chef! That was the best gnocchi I have ever tasted. Everything was delicious. Good crowd and I agree with the gentleman who wants knives in the 2009 budget. Best evening in Ft. Lauderdale for the money. LOVE IT!!!!!!! Bring Ricky back.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef JP is always entertaining as well as informative. Even when there is a guest chef, he makes sure that all the little nuances get fully explained. This was my first class with Chef Rickie. He is wonderful...knowledgeable, talented, informative, and entertaining! I look forward to future classes with him.

The atmosphere was: The atmosphere at Chef JP's cooking school is always cheerful, which makes for a very pleasant evening.

Complexity of the information provided: I am always amazed at how uncomplicated some of these recipes and techniques are when compared to the end result. And this menu was a perfect example.

The Skills that you learn were: No matter how many classes I take, and I've taken alot, I always come away from an evening here with new knowledge.

Would like to take another class from him. The classes at Chef Jean Pierre's are always entertaining and fun. I always learn a lot at these classes.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: He was very upbeat and knowledgeable. He is an excellent chef and it was easy to follow his steps in preparing the dishes.

The atmosphere was: Extremely pleasant and fun.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Really good!!!!

The Skills that you learn were: I would have never learned about making the dish light if I would have not taken this class. Also, his way of cutting the pasta was new to me as well.
