The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef Jean-Pierre is very funny. I love his facial expressions. I had a delightful time. I learned and laughed a lot! Complexity of the information provided: I think I can actually make these recipes! I was pleasantly surprised! The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Incredibly delicious!! Yum!

The Instructor (Chef) was?: This was one of the most instructive classes that I have attended. I always learn a lot, but during this class I picked up some many useful things that I would have never learned on my own. The atmosphere was: This class was really a lot of fun. Complexity of the information provided: The recipes were not complex, but there was a lot of work putting everything together properly. However, as always Chef JP was excellent in making everything understandable. Chef said even a child could do these recipes - yes if he was a Harvard Graduate and worked in a kitchen since birth. The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: These three dishes were superb. In fact, they were three of the best dishes I have tried in all of the classes that I have taken - and fish is probably one of my least favorite foods. Would you come back: This class was really fun!!!!!

The fish class was great!!! Chef was so funny, recipes were easy and so delish. His assistants Guillamo and Jonathan were easy on the eyes as well!!!!

The Instructor (Chef) was?: The chef was so funny and natural. The atmosphere was: It was definitely condusive to make you want to come back and take more classes. Complexity of the information provided: Love the fact that I have all those ingredients at home, or at least know where to get them!! The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: OMG Outstanding!!! I miss The Left Bank. Would you come back: It was a super fun night out. Great people, great food and we learned something!!!!

Classes at Jean-Pierre's are a special treat I give to myself. They are fun, relaxing, and most importantly an opportunity to experience the food of one of the best chef's Florida has to offer.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef JP is always informative and very entertaining The atmosphere was: Chef JP is so much fun. He's always up and energizes the class Complexity of the information provided: Chef is great at giving you tips to make most recipes easier. Of course for us neophytes, it is never quite as easy. Chef JP always give you substitutes and additonal uses which is always welco The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: I just loved the the Swordfish Milanese. The Salmon Teriyaki was spectacular as well The Skills that you learn were: Chef JP is always great about giving you tips to make cooking easier. What tools you need, where to shop, etc. Would you come back: I thoroughly enjoy all the classes I have taken.
