For me, be sure the Chef maintains a level of control of the class so everyone can hear and follow instructions.

The atmosphere was: We did have trouble hearing the Chef as the folks behind us talked amongst themselves through out the evening....mostly about their wine. It was a bit disappointing.

Complexity of the information provided: Recipes were different than actual ingredients- no big deal, just a bit confusing.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: We loved everything!

The Skills that you learn were: We thought we were going to be witness to the dessert preparation- did we miss something in the catalogue description?

Would you come back: We plan to attend again soon!

The room could use more exhaust fan as my eyes really started to burn once the chef began to cook.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: My only slight disappointment was the pasta was a bit dry (needed a bit more liquid) and a touch more salt.

Would you come back: Chef Jean-Pierre you are delightful!!!

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Angelo was wonderful, and Jean Pierre was also really terrific.

The atmosphere was: We had a great time

Complexity of the information provided: Angelo gave some great information and helpful hints - we learned a few things and it was a lot of fun.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: All the truffle dishes were outstanding. The risotto was amazing, the pasta was amazing - the wine sauce was superb!

Would you come back: We are already planning our next class. This was a great way to spend an evening - we will tell a lot of our friends about this!
