Complexity of the recipes: Bread is such a "feel" thing, so it was good to make mistakes and see how to correct them.
The food was: The foccacia was tender and out of this world with a slice of heirloom tomato. Challah never tasted so good.
The skills you learned were: I will try the foccacia this week, after I recover from eating so much bread yesterday from the class.
