The instructor was: Chef Brown is very friendly and personable. She seems to genuinely enjoy what she does and shares that sense of fun and enjoyment with her class.

The atmosphere was: Lots of fun!

The skills you learned were: It was a good refresher on certain things for me and I also learned some tips about the dishes, that even though I might have tried to make them before on my own, these tips will make a big difference in the quality of how it turns out from now on.
