Additional comments and observations The instructor was: She worked her butt off, learned everyone's names and was very helpful. The skills you learned were: The most helpful thing of course is one-on-one training, which you can't get much of with a lot of students. It would be helpful if the chef's assistant could assist us more - don't know if he's comfortable w/or has those skills.

Additional comments and observations The instructor was: Marjorie was alot of fun. She really was accommodating, since most of us were beginners. The atmosphere was: We have a fun group of people too. Complexity of the recipes: We could do all the recipes pretty quickly. Our group kept it moving and we learned from each other too. The food was: All the food was good, and I can't wait to try some of it soon. The skills you learned were: I'm pretty good at figuring out recipes. Chef Marjorie answered alot of questions I had of my own cooking. I enjoyed myself and had fun: We have a fun group of people, so we had a blast...

Not simple. The food was: The food was outstanding. The skills you learned were: Just the knife skills alone was worth the cost of the class. Who knew I was cutting the wrong way for 37 years?

Additional comments and observations Complexity of the recipes: While I loved last nights dishes, I would like to learn how to cook quick and easy recipes suited to my busy lifestyle. I wonder if it is possible to make meals as good as last nights' with a prep time of twenty minutes or less.
