The atmosphere was: We have a good group. I wish I could have seen some more of the process of some of the recipes I wasn't involved with.
Complexity of the recipes: Everything was easy, but I still learned more about the use of ingredients and cooking time and how it can vary.
The food was: The eggplant and crepe/salmon were great. Bastilla was good, but not my thing.
The skills you learned were: I could be challenged alittle more. The crepe was a feel thing, and I like learning that.
I enjoyed myself and had fun: I enjoyed the evening very much. Everyone got to get their hands in there.
