The instructor was: She was very approachable and sooo knowledgable!
The atmosphere was: Everyone was friendly--it was nice that we were all split up into groups to work on one of the recipes, because we got to know the people we were working with, then the other people when we sat to eat.
Complexity of the recipes: I would not have been interested if the recipes were too easy, so I'm glad I signed up for this class! It took a lot longer to prepare all the courses, but it was sure worth it!
The food was: Everything was soooo delicious! The courses all complimented the others.
The skills you learned were: I always wondered why my breadings stuck to the bottom of the pan and Chef taught us that the pan must be ultra hot before pouring in the oil, wait a few minutes till the oil heated up, then put in the breaded fish, topping side down first, to saute. Voila! Yummy crunchy!
I enjoyed myself and had fun: Next time, I will have to bring a friend along!
