Additional comments and observations

The instructor was: Diane was quite nice but her time was pretty much taken up with the inexpreienced members of our "class".

Complexity of the recipes: The recipes were VERY simple, almost to much so. This was particularily true when balanced with the fact that quite a bit of the preparation was done in advance by the staff.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: Great atmosphere with perhaps a bit to much emphasis on the fun aspect. We are , after all, there to enhance our cooking skills.

The instructor was: Diane was great -- nice blend of ease and information.

The atmosphere was: As a whole, good group that got along together, staff good at interacting.

Complexity of the recipes: I wasn't challenged by the recipes, but they were interesting and yummy, especially that nice peppercorn sauce.

The food was: Very nice menu -- balanced, interesting, and tasty, except the fries, which weren't that great cold. I loved the peppercorn sauce and the souffle.

The skills you learned were: I picked up some tips, but I was mostly there to cook real food.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: I enjoyed it and will be back for other classes.
