The instructor was: Cannot imagine anyone being better. She is entertaining, organinzed, and someone you would want to be friends with! Outstanding!

The atmosphere was: It was a very good mix of students, and I am sure everyone had a great time and learned a great deal.

Complexity of the recipes: Perfect for the season. Looked and tasted more complicated that they were.

The food was: Loved EVERYTHING!

The skills you learned were: I wasn't prepared to learn much new as I love to cook, but I was wrong!
