The atmosphere was: Everybody was really nice - really enjoyed meeting and talking with everyone.

Complexity of the recipes: I've always wanted to learn how to make an excellent french onion soup. I learned last night! It was one of the best french onion soups I've ever had!

The food was: Everything was REALLY delicious!!

The skills you learned were: I learned a great tip for instantly peeling garlic - that was very handy! And the fan-cutting technique was very good too!

I enjoyed myself and had fun: My husband and I had a total blast!

Complexity of the recipes: I loved that the recipes were something new that I don't think I would have tried on my own.

The food was: I wish my stomach was larger to accommodate more of the delicious food, I couldn't get enough.

The instructor was: Great energy, very involved with everyone, great job!

Complexity of the recipes: complex enough that I was learning, but not so hard that I'd never try it again. I consider myself a bit more advanced, so I'd like to be challenged more, but I understand that is not the goal of the class, and there are people there at every level that need to be catered to.

The instructor was: I wouldn't use the word "entertaining," but she was very nice, engaging, and amenable to answering all questions. I liked her.
