The instructor was: She was very nice and helpful. Answered all of our questions, even those unrelated to the dishes being cooked.

The food was: We liked the fig balsamic sauce and goat cheese salad quite a bit. However, the green beans and potatoes were nothing special and we didn't like the dessert.

The skills you learned were: We learned a great method for cutting onions, but there wasn't much instruction during the class on cooking technique.
