Additional comments and observations The instructor was: She was very easy to talk to, helpful, and allowed all who wanted to take turns and was encouraging. The atmosphere was: We all had a great time and there was a great array of ages and even two straight men! Very refreshing! Complexity of the recipes: I like the theme style, hands on, but maybe better time management for the length of time to produce. The food was: We needed more time for the chicken to cook. Not chef''s fault, just ran out of time. The skills you learned were: Taste, taste, taste!!! The receipie is not the Bible, just the guide. I enjoyed myself and had fun: It was great meeting other people with cooking interests!
