I really enjoy the demonstration classes. I feel as though you learn more since you can see how ALL the recipes are made. I think there should be more demonstration classes offered.

I've taken cooking classes for years, here at Classic Thymes and elsewhere. This was such an enjoyable evening and the food/wine was marvelous! hats off to Daniel. I love the Demonstration classes BEST! Penny Grande/Steve Hambro
