We really loved the class - completely. The only thing that took me by surprise was that each individual didn't have hands on for each recipe. I'm sure that's done for practical reasons, and to get all the food out at relatively the same time, but perhaps that could be explained better somewhere on your website explaining the logistics of the class. |

Anyone who takes a class with Stephen will learn alot and enjoy themselves. He is an excellent chef and it's easy to learn alot from him while enjoying yourself in the class. |
