The staff was very helpful and enthusiastic. The Chef was very informative and gave lots of basic tips and advice on cuts of meat, seasoning, etc. I came alone but did not feel out of place or alienated. It was a very welcoming and fun atmosphere and everyone was very friendly.

Great time and looks like I am buying a pressure cooker. Mike did a great job with the take home pork - wished we could have had it in class because it was delicious!

This class was probably one of the most useful, most tasteful I have ever attended. Kudos for the instructor and the food.
