OUR ANNUAL HOLIDAY TRADITION

Located tucked in the Blue Ridge Mountains near Asheville, North Carolina, the Biltmore Estate has been hosting lavish yet traditional Christmas festivities since the late 1800s. This spectacular historic 175,000 square foot home of George Vanderbilt with its 225 rooms, 35 bedrooms, 45 bathrooms, 65 fireplaces, and 3 kitchens is the largest private home in the United States.

Each year, the Biltmore Estate is magically transformed when decorated in grand style for the holidays with a 35-foot live Fraser fir in the Banquet Hall, more than 100 decorated trees with over 25,000 ornaments, and over 1000 poinsettias throughout the mansion. While a beautiful place to visit any time of the year, it is a “must stop” Christmastime destination.

Demonstration Class
Located tucked in the Blue Ridge Mountains near Asheville, North Carolina, the Biltmore Estate has been hosting lavish yet traditional Christmas festivities since the late 1800s. This spectacular historic 175,000 square foot home of George Vanderbilt with its 225 rooms, 35 bedrooms, 45 bathrooms, 65 fireplaces, and 3 kitchens is the largest private home in the United States.

Each year, the Biltmore Estate is magically transformed when decorated in grand style for the holidays with a 35-foot live Fraser fir in the Banquet Hall, more than 100 decorated trees with over 25,000 ornaments, and over 1000 poinsettias throughout the mansion. While a beautiful place to visit any time of the year, it is a “must stop” Christmastime destination.

Located tucked in the Blue Ridge Mountains near Asheville, North Carolina, the Biltmore Estate has been hosting lavish yet traditional Christmas festivities since the late 1800s. This spectacular historic 175,000 square foot home of George Vanderbilt with its 225 rooms, 35 bedrooms, 45 bathrooms, 65 fireplaces, and 3 kitchens is the largest private home in the United States.

Each year, the Biltmore Estate is magically transformed when decorated in grand style for the holidays with a 35-foot live Fraser fir in the Banquet Hall, more than 100 decorated trees with over 25,000 ornaments, and over 1000 poinsettias throughout the mansion. While a beautiful place to visit any time of the year, it is a “must stop” Christmastime destination.

With its six estate restaurants, the variety of culinary offerings are a unique and delicious part of the Biltmore experience. Join us for a festive meal as we step back in time and celebrate the holidays with the kind of hospitality for which the Vanderbilts were famous.
