Demonstration Class
A popular entrée at fine restaurants, surf and turf is any combination of red meat (the land) and shellfish (the sea) all on one plate. For a luxurious new twist on a holiday dinner with close friends, serve scallops and steak and all the accompaniments for a meal that’s elegant, hearty, and delicious.
Dinner will be served with sparkling wine.
