Hands-On Class
Learn how to make, roll, cut, and shape fresh pasta, then use it to fashion these wonderful creations. You’ll bundle up pasta in delicious fillings and serve with delectable sauces. You’ll come away from this class knowing how to whip up delicious fresh pasta dishes that would make someone’s Italian mother somewhere very proud.
