The instructor was: His explanation on the menu was very clear and understanding.

The atmosphere was: The class was small and intimate, more enjoyingable.

Complexity of the recipes: I don't like Champagne very much but never thought I would enjoy it in dessert, salad or cocktail.

The instructor was: David and James were very helpful and cordial. They definitely knew what they were doing and were able to make it educational as well as entertaining for us.

Complexity of the recipes: Some of the dishes I will definitely try to make at home. Especially the Champagne Poached Shrimp & Salmon and possibly the Champagne Zabaglione.
