The instructor was: Having taken a recreational cooking class with Daisy Martinez @ I.C.E., my life have been transformed. I have been "Daisify." LOL. I have nothing but the utimate respect for this Latina for what she have accomplished thus far, and undoubtedly will contine to accomplish in the near future. As a Puerto Rican-American, I'm so proud that we have someone up there representing us in the culinary world. You go girl!

I enjoyed myself and had fun: I first came to Don coqui to cook with daisy martinez on March 16th, it was an electrifying night, an event that I will never forget. I came in with a party of four people. Yesterday, I came in with a party of nine people. Wow! all have had a wonderful times. I told Daisy, as long as she add new and exciting dished in her menu, I will continue to drop by.

The instructor was: Very personable, patient and REAL! Loved her!

The atmosphere was: Added personal stories and humor- was approachable for conversation and photos-not a snob or "uppity"!

The food was: stir fried collard greens for a homegirl like me was a first and great! Will adapt my collards to this method and see what my family and friends think- I already emailed everybody about this!!

The skills you learned were: Never separated egg white through my hand!

I enjoyed myself and had fun: OMG! Fabulous even with the people who I didn't know! We all had a great time together.
