The instructor was: This was my second class with Stephanie. She has such a friendly, approachable personality. She is also very flexible in accomodating the menu and saving "accidents".

The atmosphere was: Both Tom and Armanda were very welcoming and were fun to chat with.

Complexity of the recipes: Easy enough to duplicate at home.

The food was: Sooo good.

The skills you learned were: I love the Sprite tip for helping to keep fruits fresh.
