The instructor was: Aside from being entertaining she explained things so even a non cook could understand.

The atmosphere was: The atmosphere was wonderful and the table set up was very comfortable.

Complexity of the recipes: What I thought would be a very complex recipe, the chef, Stephanie, explained it so it became rather easy and something I would do again.

The food was: Delicious!
