I enjoyed myself and had fun: It was as I mentioned above very comfortable and truly a pleasure to go back in time with people who have the same traditions and insights about food. These recipes are part of our culture and heritage. Once again making us proud to keep the Taino and Puerto Rican culture going via our foods.
