The instructor was: Chef Stephanie was a delight. Very informative and open to questions and good sense of humor. I look forward to taking another one of her classes.
The atmosphere was: The atmosphere was set to be romantic, therefore, the lights were dimmed and candles lit. I went with my girlfriends because neither of our spouses could make it. But we had a great time and will definitely take the Romantic Rendevouz class again, perhaps with our husbands next time :-)
Complexity of the recipes: The recipes were very easy to follow and I look forward to making it at home.
The food was: Everything we made was delicious, my favorite being the herbed lamb chops.
The skills you learned were: I particularly like how Chef Stephanie demonstrated how to properly hold a knife while cutting herbs. I've been doing it wrong this whole time.
I enjoyed myself and had fun: There were 15 people in our class and we were a fun group. Can't beat cooking and drinking Don Coqui's famous Sangria (the best I've ever had).
