Complexity of the recipes: I like that you do what you want...you can either challenge yourself or just sit back and enjoy a glass of wine and watch all the action around you. Lots of fun!

The food was: We made a panzanella salad that was fantastic!!!

The skills you learned were: Stephanie gave us lots of little tips above and beyond what we were cooking
