In this hands-on class, we will make everything from the stock to the noodles. We will make quick-pickled mushrooms and the perfect soft-boiled eggs. We will prep all the classic ramen bowl ingredients to finish your bowl and enjoy a Japanese Whiskey inspired cocktail.

In Japan, you have to make rice for 10 years before you can roll sushi. Here in Madison, all you have to do is take this fun and informative hands-on sushi workshop! Learn to prepare all aspects of sushi from making perfect rice to rolling techniques. A wide variety of fresh seafood and vegetables will be provided as well as a shrimp and vegetable tempura station.
